Christian previously undertook extensive training in general paediatrics, paediatric cardiology and paediatric electrophysiology (heart rhythm) at a number of institutions including the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney Children’s Hospital, Freeman Hospital (Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK) and the Hospital for Sick Children (Toronto, Canada) before returning to the Heart Centre for Children in 2011.
Jonathan completed his General Paediatric training at Red Cross Children’s Hospital in Cape Town, South Africa before training as a Paediatric Cardiologist at Starship Children’s Hospital in Auckland New Zealand. He then completed further training in general paediatric cardiology and sub-speciality training in Interventional cardiology (“Keyhole” surgery) in London UK.
Jon is a Paediatric and fetal Cardiologist with appointments at both The Children’s Hospital at Westmead and Sydney’s Children’s Hospital. Jon has over 10 years’ experience as a Staff specialist specialising in complex congenital heart conditions and ultrasound imaging of the heart (echocardiography). Jon undertook his general paediatric training in Southampton in the UK before specialising in paediatric cardiology.
Dr David Youssef is a Paediatric Cardiologist and Paediatric Pulmonary Hypertension Specialist, having completed training at The Stollery Children’s Hospital, Canada, in Paediatric Echocardiography, 3-Dimensional Imaging and Paediatric Pulmonary Hypertension. During his medical training, he gained extensive experience at multiple hospitals, including Gold Coast, Prince Charles, Tweed Heads, Liverpool Hospital; as well as Sydney Children’s network, where he focused on Paediatric Cardiology training.
Ganesh Gnanappa is a well-trained pediatric cardiologist with more than 15 years of experience. He is a staff specialist in pediatric cardiology and works for Sydney Children Hospital Network. He has worked in various countries, and he is equipped with a strong clinical acumen. He has advanced imaging skills in echocardiography, cardiac computed tomography, and cardiac MRI.
