Claire is a senior staff specialist in Paediatric cardiology and has worked for the Sydney Children’s Hospital network at both Children’s Hospital Westmead and Sydney Children’s Hospital since 2015. Claire trained in paediatrics in a number of major centres in the UK and then completed paediatric cardiology training in Newcastle upon Tyne (UK) with a fellowship in clinical paediatric cardiology in the US followed by a UK research fellowship. She has worked at consultant level in the Australia for the last 11 years and recently completed a sabbatical working at the Alberta Children’s Hospital in Canada. Claire is able to provide cardiac care and assessment from birth to 18 years of age for all cardiac conditions and is also able to provide specialist care for families and children with cardiomyopathies, heart failure and following cardiac transplantation. Claire consults at our Westmead rooms and also provides local services in Gosford.
